While growing up, Mike's mom often reminded him that if you make dumb decisions, you'd better be tough if the consequences are undesirable.  Similarly, when you ride a bull, you had better be tough and be prepared if you fall.  Those words followed Mike as he went through life. Time and time again, Mike learned that attitude, perseverance, and hard work are the keys to success no matter what the challenge.
